Shipping Policy

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct shipping option and destination country at checkout.
Rekkies Limited currently only ships within New Zealand and Australia.

If a customer deliberately or accidentally selects an incorrect shipping country (for example, by entering an Australian address while located elsewhere, or using a freight-forwarding service to bypass our regional restrictions), the order will be cancelled without refund.
All costs or losses associated with such actions are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Liability During Transit

All orders are carefully checked and packaged before dispatch. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider.
Rekkies Limited cannot be held liable for any loss, delay, or damage that occurs during transit.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos immediately and contact both the courier company and Rekkies Limited within 48 hours so we can help you lodge a claim with the carrier.

Return Shipping

If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA#).

Unless the item is confirmed faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.
